You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps:

Log into PowerAI Tools at https://poweraitools.net/login.
Open the left sidebar and click “Manage Billing.” You also have option on user dashboard to cancel the subscription.
Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.
If you’re unable to log in
Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gw2bP5Qmdn0bAI288) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to PowerAI Tools.

Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or PowerAI Tools’s web platform.
Troubleshooting & Tips
If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct PowerAI Tools account.
Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
